No one reads this, but the occasional lost soul might find themselves here on accident, and I don't really think it's appropriate to make them see something about my dead friend. Besides that, it's kind of embarrassing to look at everything I see on my page. Like finding an old child's drawing only you can't ever remember having done it and also it was before your parents divorced and also it's a stick figure comic of how your sister could get hit by a police car in some perverted fantasy.

Looking back on yourself always tends to make you feel stupid and small. I think maybe the most stupid and immature of my journals stem from a severely imbalanced sense of self. Not that I'm trying to justify it, I just think it's a little more useful to openly say "Dude, you're a dramatic twit." Nowadays I just dip back and forth over the extremes of self-hatred and manic narcissism.

This site stopped being a place a frequented a long time ago, back when I graduated high school. Now it kind of seems like a graveyard for bad memories, and even though I still keep up with various comics and graze through a few searches now and then, no one need be surprised if I let my account die. Too many bad memories, and I'm the type that sort of sloughs things off and flees.
